Terms of Service

Minnen is an app that helps users analyze Instagram data exports and generate follower, following, and relationship insights from data they choose to import. Minnen's core analysis operates locally on your device. Some optional features may rely on third-party infrastructure, such as Apple CloudKit for optional shared profile photos. Minnen does not connect directly to Instagram's private systems on your behalf.

Minnen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

You are responsible for:

• the data you import into Minnen
• how you interpret and use the app's results
• your use of any optional sharing features
• complying with applicable law and platform rules

You agree not to use Minnen for:

• harassment, stalking, abuse, or intimidation
• unlawful, deceptive, or harmful conduct
• violating the rights or privacy of others

Minnen may allow you to opt in to sharing your own profile photo for display to other users inside certain app experiences. If you use that feature, you agree that:

• you have the right to upload and share the photo
• the photo does not violate any law or third-party rights
• the photo is not abusive, unlawful, infringing, or misleading
• we may store, retrieve, display, and delete that photo as needed to operate the feature

We may disable or remove shared profile photo content if reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Minnen provides analytical tools based on user-provided data. We do not guarantee:

• that results are complete, accurate, or current
• that imported archive contents are free from errors or omissions
• uninterrupted or error-free availability of the app

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any data you care about. We are not responsible for loss of data, corrupted files, incomplete exports, or unsupported archive formats.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• decisions you make based on Minnen's outputs
• loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity
• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of Minnen at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Minnen after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using Minnen at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to optional online features if reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
